By using the Site or submitting your email address, you agree to the practices described below.

1.Who we are

The Site and the Agespire brand are operated by OFC Molecular LLC. You can reach us at:

2.Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the sign-up form to request a discount code, we collect your email address. We also store the date, time, and source of your sign-up as a record of your consent.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the page. This information is used in aggregate to understand and improve Site performance.

3.Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to run the Site and to measure its performance. Specifically, we use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – provided by Google, to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., page views, sign-up events). Google may set cookies and process usage data on our behalf.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) – a tag-management tool from Google that loads and manages our measurement tags. GTM itself does not store personal data but deploys tags such as GA4.
  • Klaviyo – our email marketing platform, which may set cookies and process your email and on-site activity to deliver your discount code and our emails.
  • Meta Pixel – provided by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), used for advertising measurement and conversion tracking. This is a marketing technology and is only active where you have not opted out.
  • TikTok Pixel – provided by TikTok, used for advertising measurement and conversion tracking. This is a marketing technology and is only active where you have not opted out.
  • Contentsquare – a product-analytics tool that provides heatmaps and aggregated on-site insights to help us improve the Site’s usability.
  • Strictly necessary & consent cookies – used by our cookie-consent tool to remember your preferences.

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through that banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you may opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.

How we treat analytics. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) solely for our own internal measurement and to improve the Site. We do not sell or share analytics information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we run Google Analytics with advertising features and ad-personalization signals turned off. For U.S. visitors, we keep essential first-party analytics active as a legitimate business measurement purpose; you can still opt out of non-essential and advertising cookies at any time through our cookie banner or the “Cookie Settings” link, and we honor recognized browser opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law. For visitors in the EU/UK, analytics runs only with your consent.

4.How we use your information

  • To send you the discount code you requested and related follow-up emails;
  • To send marketing communications about our products (only where permitted), which you can opt out of at any time;
  • To measure, analyze, and improve the Site and our marketing;
  • To protect the Site, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

5.Email marketing & your choices

If you sign up, you will receive your discount code and may receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any email, after which we will stop sending you marketing messages. Every marketing email includes our business name and postal address, as required by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

6.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including: Google (Analytics & Tag Manager), Klaviyo (email delivery), and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. Our product is sold through Amazon; if you click through to Amazon, your activity there is governed by Amazon’s own privacy policy.

We also use, or may use, advertising and analytics cookies from partners such as Meta (Facebook) and TikTok to measure performance and show relevant ads. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), using such cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” of personal information. We do not exchange your personal information for money. You can opt out at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control in our cookie banner, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.

7.Your privacy rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
